What to Expect
Before Your Session
Clear a space about 7 × 10 feet — a living room works perfectly. Everything else, including the table, linens, and music, arrives with your therapist.
During Your Session
Your comfort leads. Pressure, temperature, music, and conversation (or blissful quiet) are always up to you.
After Your Session
Drink plenty of water and take your time getting up. The best part of mobile massage? You're already home.
